AGIBOT OmniHand 2025

The clearest example of the hand-to-robot price constraint: a 500 g, 10-DOF hand at 14,800 RMB domestic, where the Pro variant alone equals two thirds of a whole humanoid.

AGIBOT launched the OmniHand entry model in August 2025 at a recommended 14,800 RMB, and it is one of the few Chinese hands with a domestic price that can be cited to a self-operated storefront rather than to a press survey. The listing describes 10 active degrees of freedom, no tactile sensing, a right-hand configuration, and a box containing the hand plus CANFD, RS485 and USB cables.

The storefront's own price history is the useful part: a recorded historical low of 14,060 RMB and a 30-day low of 14,400 RMB. That is a price that moves in small increments and holds, which is a different pattern from the collapse narrative that dominates coverage of this market.

The ratio that caps the market

A hand at 14,800 RMB is cheap. A hand at $19,999 is not, when the humanoid it attaches to is being sold as a volume product. An August 2026 pricing analysis makes the constraint explicit: the OmniHand Pro at $19,999 equals 66.7% of an AGIBOT X2 robot, and a pair of Unitree Dex5-1P hands at $47,000 equals 217.6% of a G1 Basic at $21,600. The X2 figure is derived from an implied robot price, so treat the ratio as an estimate rather than a vendor statement.

That is why AGIBOT sells a $999 OmniPicker gripper next to a five-finger hand. For a large class of tasks, a two-finger gripper is the correct engineering choice, and the hand is the expensive option that has to justify itself. Our buying guide opens with that question rather than with a ranking.

Domestic and export prices differ by three times

The same 2025 hand is listed at 14,800 RMB in China and from $5,999 on a US channel. At prevailing rates that is roughly three times the domestic price. It is not a currency effect: it is margin, import handling, warranty and bundled cabling. The domestic price table keeps the two observations in separate rows.

Who should not buy it

Do not buy it if you need tactile sensing, which this variant does not have, or if you need a published force specification, which AGIBOT does not provide. Do not buy it for a two-handed setup without checking whether two of these cost more than the robot they are attached to.

Questions buyers ask

What does the OmniHand 2025 cost?

14,800 RMB on the Chinese self-operated storefront for the non-tactile right hand, with a recorded low of 14,060 RMB. US channels list it from $5,999.

Why is there a three-times gap between markets?

Channel margin, import handling, warranty and bundled cables. It is not an exchange-rate effect.

Does it have tactile sensing?

Not on the 2025 standard variant. A tactile version is listed separately at $7,499 in the US snapshot.
